How to Get Shotgun
To get shotgun you need to start mission called “Moscow Eye” and go to the north and enter the building with to “?”. This building is right next to the man who sells items in exchange for food (see screenshot). To open room with shotgun you’ll need lockpick but this trader (who stands right next to the buidling) will give you one for free.
