How to find the victim of the storm to unlock the “Victim of the storm achievement”
When and Where
During the storm you need to go to the location showed on these pictures, its one of the smaller dead end areas by the shed where you find the crowbar.
During storm just go around the edges of the map and you’ll find it
Heres some garbage instructions:
Go to the direction of the red arrow
From there you’ll find this valley with alot of trees, similar to where you find the shed
