How to Fix Black Screen on Launch
You may find it under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mega Man 11
There you will locate a file named: config.ini
Double click to open; change:
[DISPLAY]
Borderless=OFF
to
[DISPLAY]
Borderless=ON
Save and exit.
Launch game; hopefully it will load up now.
It is most likely caused by a resolution issue on launch; perhaps you use an ultra-wide monitor, high def resolution or something, or have a multi-monitor setup. Hopefully now your game has successfully launched and now you can setup resolution however you would like in the in-game settings if you feel so inclined going forward. I hope this fixed it for you.
