UPDATE: There are some incorrect placements of the song in this mod, and since it isn’t mine I made my own patch for this. Place this in the same location as the mod itself:

For this mod, you will need to go to “Heavenly Star restoration patch.zip/0100F0400F202000/romfs/”

Drag and drop the contents of the “Sound” folder into your game root. You can access this by viewing the game files on Steam!
