Unfortunately there are no descriptions of the craftable items in the game, neither in the crafting menu nor in your inventory. The only time you get item descriptions is when you pick up the item.
So I wrote down the descriptions when I came across them in the game and collected them in this guide.
1 Kingscrown Bloom
1 Ghost Orchid
3 Firethorn Berries
Drinking it will replenish much of your health. Additional when you fall in battle, you will drink a little of it automatically and return to the fight with a little health. Some say their effectiveness can be increased somehow.
2 Witch Hazel Flowers
1 Mandrake Root
3 Monster Guts
Drink this from the menu to recover your magic power immediately.
1 White Mandrake Root
3 Monster Geodes
3 Undead Bones
Drink this from the menu and you’ll take half damage for 4 minutes. The effect wears off if you die or stop the game.
1 Kingscrown Bloom
3 Burdock Roots
3 Monster Guts
Drink this from the menu and you’ll deal 1.5 times damage for 4 minutes. The effect wears off if you die or stop the game.
1 Ghost Orchid
3 Lavendar Flowers
3 Monster Guts
Drink this from the menu and you’ll run more quickly for 2 minutes. The effect wears off if you die or stop the game.
2 Mandrake Roots
2 Lavendar Flowers
2 Chamomile Flowers
Once thrown, these will explode and temporarily freeze enemies.
2 Undead Bones
2 Monster Geodes
2 Witch Hazel Flowers
Throw these and as they burn, they’ll pop several times, damaging enemies.
3 Evil Eyes
2 Burdock Roots
2 Firethorn Berries
When you throw these, they’ll take off toward an enemy, then bounce around unpredictably.
