TERA: How to Redeem Codes

1. Launch the Gameforge launcher and log in to your account;
2. Select the TERA game in the Library and go to the Shop;
3. In the upper right corner of the window that opens, click on the drop-down menu, then Redeem code;
4. Enter the code in the field and click the Activate button to the right of the input field;
5. Upon successful activation of the code, a confirmation window should appear;
6. Launch TERA and enter the game world on the character you want to receive rewards from the activated promotional code;
7. Check the rewards in the menu section Item Claim in the game;
8. Click the Pick up button on each received package (gifts by code from Gameforge come each separately, and not in one package);
   Note: All parcels have an expiration date (storage time in the Receiving Items section), date of receipt and other information. Pick up your parcels in time so as not to lose them!
9. All received items are moved to the Inventory of the character or activated on the account (for example, Tikat).

The activation process is carried out inside the game.

• Launch TERA and enter the game world on the character you want to receive rewards from the activated promotional code;
• Open the Shop window through the menu;
• Follow the instructions above (at point 5 to 8).
