Extra Scenarios 1&2
After completing Regular ending click on Epilogue Another Episode (bottom left corner in the main menu) and start Episode 1 to get The Saint Who Keeps A Lion achievement.
Completing Episode 2 awards you with Saving Cancer achievement.
Completing Episode 2 awards you with Saving Cancer achievement.
