How to Get New “Hearty” Achievement
To get a new achievement (Hearty) in Cuphead, you need to equip the Double heart charm and just spin around until the genie appears.
If after entering any level you did not get an achievement, then you need to do the same, but by going to the King Dice level. Lose 1 HP and then win a new one with dice. After that, most likely you will get an achievement.
