You could double click, press ESC, etc, to skip the intro. if you want to skip the entire intro movie. here is the simple guide
-Go to your “LIBRARY” tab in steam.
-Right click on “Payday 2” and select “Properties”.
-Select “set launch options”
-Type “-skip_intro” (without the quotation marks)
-Select ok.
