Follow the instructions on the blueprint. It must be exact, after building it, activate all the parts, This opens a portal, zoom in and go in the uncharted territory. (ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED!) Go with a flashlight powered with a generator, find a radio. (OPTIONAL)
